Article paper type headings

Element or context:

<article-categories>, <subj-group>, <subject>

Requirements:

The article paper type heading (the black reversed-out banner heading on the article page) contains the article's paper type (such as "mini-review"). Mark up both the English and French versions of the paper type heading as follows:

1. Set @subj-group-type on the parent <subject-group> element to "heading"
2. Set @xml:lang on <subj-group>
